If your traveling I74 this little gem is a must stop. There french onion soup is simply the best. There freash bread is so warm and delicious. Down home cooking. The food is always freash. The service is wonderful. It's like going to mom's for Sunday dinner. If you get a chance stop in. We always plan our trips to so we can stop there to eat.

A lunch stop on the Interstate kind of in the middle of nowhere resulted in a great lunch. Good menu choices, quick and accurate service, good food and reasonable prices. Wish they were close to home!

Our first visit. Place appears to be recently remodeled. Attentive but not overly intrusive server. Food is freshly made. We had a breakfast fare ... eggs, bacon, hash browns, pancake, biscuits and gravy. The quality of food is on par with good breakfast restaurants. We will certainly return.

Were the only ones there when we stopped. Food was excellent, though the particular type of cheese in the omelet I got was...unexpected. Not what I would have chosen, but decent. Appreciated that the hashbrowns were hardly salted, as it allowed me to salt to my preferences. I have a sneaking suspicion that the rest of their dishes are equally good or better. Waitress was friendly without being overbearing. Highly recommend.

Awesome experience, as always. Good service waiter always remembers us and is very friendly and attentive. Food is reasonably priced good portions also. Fried chicken is very good, shrimp is good, French fries are very good, salads are good. I'm not a fan of the meatloaf it is made with a gravy, just not what we grew to with. Desserts are very good. Chocolate pie and carrot cake were both very good. Worth the drive from anywhere in the area, you won't be disappointed! Very big menu and a menu for kids and recycled teenagers!
